Kaluna Tree started with a simple belief — beautiful, thoughtfully made things exist all over the world, and more people should have access to them.

We travel, we research, we reach out to independent designers and small studios who create with intention — where materials are chosen carefully, techniques are passed down not rushed, and the people doing the work are treated with respect.

Right now, we carry Torboon — a bag studio led by Boontavee, a designer based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, whose handwoven pieces have found their way to boutiques in Paris, Taipei, and now Beirut. More designers are coming.

We're based in the Hamra neighborhood of Beirut, with a physical store and an online shop that ships worldwide. We believe good design should be accessible — and that the story behind an object is part of what makes it worth owning.

If something carries the Kaluna Tree name, someone somewhere made it with care. That's the only rule we have.
