Kaluna Tree started with a simple belief — beautiful, thoughtfully made things exist all over the world, and more people should have access to them.

We travel, we research, we reach out to independent designers and small studios who create with intention — where materials are chosen carefully, techniques are passed down not rushed, and the people doing the work are treated with respect.

Right now, we carry Torboon — a bag studio led by Boontavee in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Torboon combines traditional handloom weaving with genuine leather craftsmanship, using 100% cotton yarn and holding a Green Production Certificate from Thailand's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Their pieces have found their way to boutiques in Paris, Taipei, and now Beirut.

We're based in the Hamra neighborhood of Beirut, with a physical store and an online shop. We believe good design should be accessible — and that the story behind an object is part of what makes it worth owning.

If something carries the Kaluna Tree name, someone somewhere made it with care. That's the only rule we have.
