Refund policy

All sales at Kaluna Tree are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions We will only accept a return or offer a refund in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent to you

If your order falls under one of these exceptions, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@kalunatree.com or via WhatsApp at +961 3 570 150. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund — at our discretion.

Please Note

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify
  • Color variations due to screen settings do not qualify as defects
