Nadeen Baba

Nadeen Baba is a Lebanese-Canadian artist based in Beirut. She studied architecture — graduating with honors — which gave her a foundation in structure, form, and design. But architecture left something unfulfilled. Painting didn't.

She works in acrylics, drawn to abstract expression as a way of putting something on canvas that resists easy explanation. Her paintings are built from vibrant color, fluid movement, bold strokes, and rich layering — each one a record of where she was emotionally when she made it.

The work invites interpretation. What you see in it is as much yours as it is hers.

Intertwined

Her current collection explores the spiritual journey of human experience — how we evolve over time, shaped by the people we encounter. Each painting in Intertwined reflects the idea that the connections we form leave an imprint on who we are, becoming part of the layered fabric of our identity.

The layers in her work are literal and intentional. Each one represents a moment, a relationship, or a realization — accumulating the way experience does, building toward something that feels like understanding. The collection invites you to reflect on your own journey, and the quiet ways others have shaped it.
